Your Responsibilities:

• True Craftsmanship: Prepare fresh, high-quality dishes for our à la carte restaurant glockna and our in-house guests.
• Be Part of Our Opening: Help us establish and refine new kitchen processes and structures from day one, creating efficient workflows for our new operation.
• Section Responsibility: Take ownership of your station, plate dishes with attention to detail, and ensure consistently high standards of quality.
• Quality & Cleanliness: Handle deliveries professionally, carry out quality checks, and ensure consistent compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.

What You'll Bring:

• Training & Experience: You have completed professional culinary training and bring solid kitchen experience with you—ideally from a busy à la carte environment.
• Passion for the Craft: You love what you do, appreciate fresh ingredients, and know how to handle and prepare them with care and precision.
• Calm Under Pressure: When the restaurant is full and orders are coming in during busy à la carte service, you stay focused, organised, and in control.
• Reliable Team Player: You are punctual, supportive, and enjoy working closely with the service team and other departments through clear and direct communication.
