In the heart of Hohe Tauern National Park, embraced by mountains and a silence that you can truly hear up here, these experiences find the ideal venue in our sport hotel in the Salzburg region. Ice bathing in winter – there’s nothing quite like it for waking you up. Forest bathing in summer – consciously immersing yourself in the forest, winding down your nervous system, and savouring the moment. Simply “guad”.
Good to know: the programme at glockna changes every week. Guided hikes and torchlight walks can be booked through the Bruck Fusch Tourism Association with the glockna guest card.
