At glockna, we don’t cook to impress, but because we are foodies, too. Down-to-earth, local, open to inspiration – and with a pizza oven that speaks for itself. The ingredients are sourced locally, there’s a fresh menu every day, and the kitchen doesn’t close until the last guest has been served.

At our restaurant in Fusch, we cook with seasonal ingredients sourced locally from farmers and producers we trust. What you find on your plate changes with the season – and because of our desire to never stand still. A modern take, without losing touch with our roots.

Of course, we also offer vegetarian and vegan options, as well as dishes suitable for people with allergies.

Traditional half board is old news. With us, you get to choose for yourself. Salad and soup from the buffet, a choice of main course from the à la carte menu – something new every day, tailored to your tastes – and a served dessert to finish. No set menu – just whatever takes your fancy.
