When can I check in?
Your BergHaus mountain lodge, suite, or double room at glockna is available from 3 p.m. If you arrive early, you’re welcome to leave your luggage with us.

What time do I need to check out by?
We kindly ask that you vacate your accommodation by 11 a.m. so that we can prepare it for the next explorers.

Is late check-out possible?
Subject to availability, we offer late check-out for a small additional charge. Just ask at reception!

Is parking available?
Yes, in our underground car park and in other parking areas on the motel grounds.

Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?
Certainly. We have our own EV charging stations (conveniently billed on a pay-as-you-go basis).

Where can I store my sports equipment?
We have a heated ski storage room and a secure, CCTV-monitored bike room for your precious bikes.

Is there a ski shuttle?
Yes, we offer a convenient shuttle service to the nearest ski area. This can be requested at any time as an optional extra.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay in cash, by debit card (Maestro), or with major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

What are the cancellation conditions?
The General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply. We recommend taking out travel insurance to ensure you are covered in the event of unforeseen circumstances. You can find details of the cancellation deadlines in your booking confirmation.

Are children welcome at glockna?
Absolutely! Although we aren’t a specialised children’s hotel with a kids’ programme, explorers of all ages feel right at home here.

What are the children’s prices?
Our prices for children and teenagers are tiered by age group (see the overview in your booking form or price list). Babies sleeping in a cot stay at a reduced fixed rate.

Can I bring my dog to glockna?
Pets are welcome here on request. We charge a cleaning fee of €35.00 per night (food not included). Please bring your own dog blanket or basket.

When can I use the spa area?
Our designer spa with pool and sauna area is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The gym is open for your workout from the early morning.

Are bathrobes and sauna towels included?
Yes. We’ll provide you with a spa bag for the duration of your stay, which contains a soft bathrobe, slippers, and sauna towels.

Where can I shop locally?
Minimarkt Fusch in the village centre has all the essentials: fresh bread, cheese, wine, and snacks for your mountain adventures. For your big weekly shop, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to drive to Bruck or Zell am See, where you’ll find Spar, Billa, and other supermarkets.
