Your Responsibilities: Creating Moments of Wellbeing

• You’ll be responsible for ensuring our guests feel at home from the very first moment.
  
• The perfect place to relax: You’ll clean and maintain our modern rooms, suites and mountain lodges in line with our high quality standards.
  
• Attention to detail: Making beds to perfection, arranging towels and essentials with care, and ensuring every detail is in the right place.
  
• An eye for the bigger picture: You’ll also keep our public hotel areas clean and inviting.
  
• Careful handling: You’ll handle cleaning products, materials, equipment and our high-quality textiles responsibly.
  
• Reporting minor issues: If a light bulb needs changing, you’ll let our facilities team know straight away

What you bring to the role:

• A keen eye for cleanliness: You have an eye for detail and a flair for keeping things tidy
  
• Experience: You have previously worked in housekeeping within the upmarket hotel sector in Austria.
  
• Reliability & team spirit: You’re someone we can count on; you work thoroughly and help your colleagues when things get busy.
  
• Friendly manner: When you meet our guests in the corridor, you always have a warm smile and a friendly “hello” ready.
  
• Basic knowledge of German: You understand the key instructions within the team (knowledge of English is a plus).
