Reception All-rounder & Host at glockna

Your mission: The perfect guest journey (Before – During – After)
At glockna, reception isn’t just a rigid counter – it’s the beating heart of our concept. You’ll accompany our guests throughout their entire journey:
BEFORE: With your warm, professional manner, you’ll turn enquiries into bespoke offers and spark genuine excitement even before they arrive. You manage our booking systems with precision and keep a close eye on occupancy levels.
THE MIDDLE: The adventure for our guests begins at check-in. You welcome them, make them feel at home, and are on hand with (insider) tips for the region around the Großglockner Road.
AFTERWARDS: A successful farewell lays the foundation for the next reunion. You ensure a relaxed check-out, gather valuable feedback and stay in touch with our regular guests of tomorrow, even after they’ve left.

What you bring to the role:

• Passion & a flair for hospitality: You love interacting with people on a daily basis and have a keen sense of the needs of discerning independent travellers.
• Experience & organisational skills: Ideally, you’ve already gained experience working at a hotel reception and in reservations, and you have a good understanding of our modern hotel management systems and standard MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills: You express yourself elegantly and charmingly in German and English – any additional languages are a welcome bonus.
• Pioneering spirit: A new opening is a dynamic experience! You’re keen to play an active role in shaping work processes, contribute your own ideas and adapt flexibly to new situations.
