Waiter/Waitress in the Hotel Restaurant

Our focus is on a vibrant à la carte restaurant experience and delivering professional yet relaxed hospitality. If you enjoy working directly with guests, have experience in food and beverage service, and are excited to be part of a brand-new opening, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Deliver attentive and seamless service to our guests in both the à la carte restaurant and hotel throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Advising & Upselling: Provide genuine, knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages to create memorable dining experiences.
• Be Part of Our Opening: Help shape our service standards and workflows from day one, contributing to the successful launch and ongoing development of our operations.
• Preparation & Presentation: Ensure a well-organised mise en place and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the guest areas.

What you bring to the role:

• Hands-on Experience: You have solid experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a busy à la carte restaurant.
